IAPCC would like to hear about your experiences with our member organizations.
If you have a complaint about a member organization:
This matter will then be referred to the IAPCC committee and given serious consideration. The member organization will be asked to resolve the issue or explain their actions within a month.
If the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of the IAPCC committee; the membership and/or recognition of the organization concerned will be suspended, and the organization’s listing on the IAPCC list of members and recognized organizations will be removed until the organization can resolve outstanding issues with the committee.
Any submissions should be submitted as an electronic copy to IAPCC. If you do not receive acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days, you should assume the email has been filtered or lost and send again.
If you have a complaint about a member organization:
- Write to the member organization, and keep a dated copy of your correspondence. Attempt to resolve the matter directly with the school.
- If after 7 working days you have been unable to contact that organization, or if you feel that your concern has been ignored; you should contact IAPCC clearly stating how you believe that organization is in breach of IAPCC Code of Ethics.
